This beach condo is minutes from Downtown San Diego, Old-town, Liberty Station, San Diego Airport, Interstates 8 and 5, and the Pacific Ocean. It also a quick walk to the YMCA gym, the tennis club, and the beach!

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, but all doors and windows must remain closed to prevent smoke from entering the unit.
Events:
No parties or events are allowed.
Pets:
Well-trained pets are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies.
Cleaning Fee:
A cleaning fee of $175 will be charged.
Dehumidifier:
The tenant is required to run the dehumidifier regularly.
Utilities:
The landlord covers water, trash, WiFi, and electricity. However, if the monthly electric bill exceeds $400, the tenant is responsible for the amount over $400.
Parking:
There are two tandem parking spaces (one is covered).
