The garage is designated as a games room only and is not strong enough to support motor vehicles, trailers, or heavy objects. Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage, as parking in the street, blocking the sidewalk, or on the grass may result in towing at your expense. Overnight parking in the clubhouse is not allowed, and vehicles blocking fire hydrants are at high risk of being towed at your expense.
