Located in a private secluded neighborhood, this chalet is just a mile from Bear Claw Vineyards, five miles from downtown Blue Ridge, fifteen minutes from Lake Blue Ridge, and twenty minutes from the ASKA trails. Blue Ridge's charming downtown, acclaimed restaurants, and vibrant arts scene are a short drive away, while the surrounding mountains offer hiking, fishing, and scenic drives yearround.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on property at any given time should never exceed 3. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10AM, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300.
