All windows in the complex were replaced less than five years ago. Only street parking at this time - which is easily accessible and not congested. We require a one-year minimum lease. Landlord is responsible for landscaping, pest control, and trash. Tenants are responsible for electricity and cable/wifi. We charge a $55 fee for water and gas per tenant per month.
