Feel at home in this perfectly nice little flat on a beautiful street. There are four steps leading down into the space, which will present a challenge to anyone with limited mobility. This unique flat has all the comforts of home while embracing the quirky charm that only a vintage building can offer. High thread count cotton sheets, comfortable feather pillows, great mattresses, and thick towels are provided. Bath products are from Public Goods. Coffee and other little amenities are also supplied. Parking isn't included and the streets around are all either permitted (local residents only) or metered. The brown line train is about a 10-minute walk down Montrose Avenue, with trains running into the heart of the city and easy transfers to the subway service. The Clark Street bus, which goes down into the Wrigleyville area, is immediately beside the apartment. Within a three-minute walk are some great takeaway food spots and a 7-11. The area centered around the Montrose CTA stop has three or four lovely spots to eat and a couple of great bars. It is about a 20-minute walk down Clark Street from the front door of the flat to Wrigley Field. Located in an old urban building on the ground floor, you may occasionally find an errant cobweb or two. You may also occasionally hear some noise from upstairs neighbors, people using the front door to the building, or pedestrians walking by. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit, and there will be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay. There is a $45 fee if you lock yourself out or lose your key.
