The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom offers another queen-size bed. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin-size beds. Two full bathrooms feature modern fixtures, and fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made upon request. Located near The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark (25-minute drive), The Museum At Bethel Woods (15-minute drive), Bashakill Vineyards & Winery (35-minute drive), and Fortress Bikes (bike rental, 15-minute drive). No parties, gatherings, loud music, or smoking are allowed at the property. The use of drugs, including marijuana and other substances, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Marijuana detectors are in use throughout the property. A camera is installed outside the entryway, and noise and smoke monitoring devices are also in place. Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Any property damage will be charged to the guest. If the property is left extremely dirty, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Lost keys will incur a $175 penalty fee. Unauthorized early check-in or late checkout will incur a $300 penalty fee. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed to stay at this property, and any extra guest will be charged a fee of $45.
