Awesome 3 bed/ 3 ba furnished vacation rental is available for weeks in June and July! Summer is $500/ night for the week. Must be Saturday to Saturday. July 4th week is July 4th - July 11th which is $650/ night. All other weeks are at a discounted rate and does not have to be Saturday to Saturday. Each booking comes with a clean $350, Booking fee $75, taxes of 12.5 percent of total, and a $500 nonrefundable fee if cancelled. If you do not cancel, the $500 security deposit will be refunded after departing with no damages. With over 2,000 sq ft. families can have the space to unwind on your vacation and not be on top of each other. Having 3 bathrooms makes all the difference! The condo sleeps 9 with 1 queen in master, 2 queens in guest bedroom, and 1 queen and 1 daybed in another guest bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals and sit down on the long table that seats 8, along with sitting at the bar in the kitchen, and watch the beautiful ocean. Wi-fi and cable with 2 TVs, washer, and dryer, and all linens are there for your convenience. We have locked garage parking to protect your car, and the entire community is secured by a gate. The building has only 30 units making the condo quaint and small. Surrounding areas are not high rise condos, so the beach is not packed and you can relax. The beach is in a no-drive zone so you do not have to worry about cars with your little ones. The building is equipped with a seasonally heated pool, a sauna, exercise room, and a lighted tennis court. You are provided 1 garage parking spot and 1 spot in the outside parking, no more than 2 vehicles. A third spot may be given out on a case by case basis.
