With its open-concept living space, it can accommodate up to 10 guests and features a large outdoor area, making it ideal for gatherings. Lofted ceilings add brightness and space, and you can enjoy a full kitchen, large beds, quality linens, and towels. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by a cozy living room complete with a large flat-screen TV with Roku. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to feel at home, and the eat-in kitchen offers plenty of space for family and friends to gather. The lower floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds. The living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements, and two twin beds are located up a spiral staircase, perfect for kids and friends, though it might be challenging for some. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. The home is pet-friendly, with a non-refundable pet fee required for all pets. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. Located in the historic district, you can enjoy walking to coffee at Old Iron Bank, shows at the Springer or the Theater, and numerous restaurants and bars. Just one block from Broadway and two blocks from the Riverwalk, it's perfect for walking and biking around Columbus. The house features a digital combo lock pad for access, with the code provided upon check-in. You will have access to the full house and backyard, with no other tenants or guests on the property. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. Guests must be 21 years of age to book.
