There are two male roommates (one in 20's, another in 40's). One has a background in the classics, working in a related field. The other is an executive chef who travels for work and uses this place as a home base while here in this part of the country. We are looking for mature, drama-free male roommates who are respectful, responsible, considerate, clean & quiet. No drugs and no smoking. Alcohol only in moderation. Minimum 6-month lease, with a 12-month lease preferred. Rent amount to be discussed, with a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Street parking and visitor parking are available (permit required), and a garage parking spot is available for an additional $50/month. The household follows a respectful, responsible, and drama-free environment, with no drugs or smoking allowed and alcohol only in moderation.
