The kitchen off the back has newer vinyl flooring and original tile on the countertops with a large porcelain sink. Full size fridge and gas stove. Private porch off the back for added storage and off street parking. There is an additional monthly $75 utility fee that covers water, sewer and trash, tenant pays electric and gas. Available for an October 1st move in. We do require first month's rent and security deposit before move in. $199 portion of the deposit is a non-refundable refurbish fee. Pets may be welcome with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $99.per pet A monthly pet rent of $15 for each small pet (less than 45 pounds) will be added to rent.
