Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an onsite washer and dryer, and an extra queen air mattress available on site. A twin air mattress is available upon advance request for parties greater than 8 people. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

The maximum capacity is 10 people, and no unregistered guests are allowed overnight, with a $50 charge per additional guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless given prior authorization, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for small pets under 25 lbs. The property is equipped with cameras outside for added security. Guests must include all guests, including children and infants, in the booking and provide their full names and ages. The guest whose account is used to book must be present for check-in. The apartment is pet-free unless prior approval is given for small pets.
