Nestled on 1 acre of tranquil surroundings and just steps away from the center San Marcos, you'll find a blend of serenity and accessibility. LAYOUT -Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, Closet & Private Patio -Living Room: Sectional Couch and Rollaway bed HOUSE AMENITIES Shared pool and hot tub Upstairs Balcony with Dining Kitchen equipped with: Microwave and full fridge, cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper), dishes and silverware, coffee maker. Living room equipped with TV and Netflix Laundry equipped with washer and dryer, soap, iron and board. The cottage includes access to the shared pool and hot tub, as seen in the photos. The pool and hot tub is located in a shared space, a screened-in building. The pool is not heated but guests are able to heat the hot tub during pool hours. The pool and hot tub area is a shared space, accessed by all guests staying on the property. Guests are not permitted to invite other people (outside of the reservation) into the pool area. Check-in and check-out are both designed as independent processes but we are here to answer any questions. Planning a group gathering?
