My husband and I are relocating due to a job opportunity and are looking for someone to take over our lease for our 1 bed / 1 bath apartment just off Rivermont Avenue, about 15 minutes from Liberty University and right outside downtown Lynchburg. Apartment Details: 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom recently renovated In-unit washer & dryer Full kitchen w/ fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher Clean, smoke-free household Pet-friendly (we have one cat) One of four units in the building quiet neighbors and safe neighborhood Rent & Costs: Monthly rent: $925 Utilities (electric + WiFi) not included usually about $100/month for us Security deposit: One month's rent ($925), handled between us and the subleaser Lease Term: Sublease runs from October 1st, 2025 through May 31st, 2026 Earlier move-in date is possible if needed! Tenant Criteria (set by landlord/property manager): Minimum credit score: 640 for all adult applicants Rent should not exceed 38% of gross monthly income Proof of income required Background check will be conducted Rental references required (if previously rented) A co-signer is an option if you don't meet the criteria above We've lived here for the past four months and have loved it it's quiet, safe, and very well-maintained.
