Requirements: Applicants must have a combined gross income of $57,000, a credit score of 650 or higher, and a clean background with no prior evictions.
Lease terms: 12-month lease with 1st month's rent and security deposit due at time of signing. Applicants with pets charged an extra pet security deposit of $300 and pay an extra monthly fee for cats ($20/month/cat) and small dogs ($15/month/dog). Large dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Please follow the following process to apply:

2) If you meet the basic qualifications, you will be contacted to schedule a time to view the apartment.
3) Schedule a viewing and view the apartment.
4) If still interested after viewing, you will be asked to fill out a $35 Zillow application credit and background check (one application for each adult occupant).
5) You will be contacted with further questions or notified if you were selected.
6) If you are selected, sign lease and pay first month's rent and security deposit at signing.
First month's rent and security deposit are due at the signing of the lease. Water, sewer, trash, and recycle are provided by the landloard. Tenant pays for electric and internet/cable TV (fast Comcast/Xfinity Internet available). There is an extra $300 pet deposit plus small monthly fee for cats and dogs (see above).
