RENT/DEPOSITS: - Depending on the length of signed lease, the amounts for monthly rent are as follows:
12 month lease - 1095/month
9 month lease - 1195/month
6 month lease - 1295/month
- Normal Security Deposit will be equal to one month's rent
- General Utilities will depend on usage
(This includes all gas (heating/hot water), water, waste water, sewer, and trash). Electricity will be separate and in the Tenant's name (normally $30-35 a month).
PETS:
- Additional Deposit for pets will be required. Amount will depend on the type and number of pets
- Additional Pet Rent will generally be $35 per pet (cats/dogs)
- No animals with vicious tendencies will be allowed on the property, but will be handled on a case-by-case basis
- RENTER'S INSURANCE required for all Tenants
APPLICATION FEE: $40 for each adult 18 years and older
- Looking for a minimum 6 month lease, 1 year leases will get priority
