Please note that a one-month minimum stay is required by law, and the unit can accommodate no more than two people. Smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. This move-in-ready suite is well-equipped with various amenities, such as two workstations and a full kitchen. The partitioned-off bedroom features a queen bed, two nightstands with USB ports, and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. You will also find a spacious refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, Google Smart TV, and ample closet and storage space for clothes. For warmer nights, a window AC unit is available. Linens are included. Suite is stocked with starter essentials, paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. The renter is responsible for: General maintenance and cleaning of the Suite for duration of stay. For any damage to the property, including furnishings, appliances, etc. Excess sand in the washer-dryer, suite in general or linens will incur an added cleaning fee from the security deposit.
