Location of the home is perfect for a family or active and social young professions. Seconds to Chaffee Park and a very short walk to Bacon Social, Common ground, Monkey Barrel, and many other bars, restaurants and shops. Home includes ample street parking right in front of the house (we have never had any issues getting spots) as well as storage shed. This property will be owner leased and managed. The lower level has the ability to be locked off with its own entrance so that the space can be legally short term renter or managed by the main renters.
