Water is from a well and is good quality. No smoking or vaping in apartment, garage, or on property. No pets. Onsite outdoor parking included. Property
The house and property are okay. However, the garage apartment is rented out and will be occupied from June to January. This was not described in the listing. I feel the owner misrepresented the listing and avoided answering whether the garage apartment would be occupied. This is a deal breaker for me as there is no access to backyard or any privacy with tenants in the garage apartment.
