The kitchen, remodeled in 2024, will be supplied with basic necessities: plates, silverware, pots/pans, blender, dishwasher, etc. and has a small eat-in table. Second floor has 1 bathroom and 3 rooms: a bedroom with a double bed, another with a twin XL daybed and a wall mounted TV monitor. The third room will be set up as an office with a bookshelf, small desk, and a reading chair. Lots of windows with beautiful natural light and newly refinished wood floors. The house also has: washer and dryer in the basement, a covered front porch with seating, and a tiny back yard with a covered compost bin. Kind neighbors on both sides. Rent is $1300 paid by Venmo or Zelle by the 1st of each month. $600 security deposit. Subletter will pay utilities internet, electric, and gas, which is typically $170/month total. Water is included. Start and end dates are somewhat flexible. No undergraduate students. This is a sub-lease from Jan 1 - May 25, 2026. You will sign a sublease agreement and the rent will be paid monthly.
