Property
The home was much smaller than the photos lead me to believe. The photos showed both spaces of the duplex, but that was not specified in the ad. Overall the rental was in fairly good condition, but the bathroom was pretty grimy. If the place was a bit more kept and the bathroom appliances were in a little better space, we would have considered this property.
Management
The property manager was very nice and able to answer all of the questions we asked. She was available and responded within a of our inquiry.
