There is a small fire pit for very small fires expectations will be outlined in rental agrement. If you have an electric car I might be able to hook up a temporary charger that you provide 110volt only, and extra fee for car charging. Tenants are responsible for all cleaning, removing trash and putting cans at curb and leaving the unit like they found it when rental agreement started cleaning tools and supplies included in rental. This is my personal satellite home I use it when i need to stay in Dayton overnight please respect it. I would not rent any place I would not stay in myself. This unit has been inspected by me and I'm a 40 year experienced contractor with many references from residents in this area my reputation is most important to me, I'm not a big corporate person.
