Take advantage of the nearby Soda Lakes for leisurely beach days, and explore the scenic bike path weaving through the property, connecting you to downtown Bear Creek, Golden, and downtown Denver. Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Matthew Winters Park are only a few miles away. Note, you won't hear the music from the condo. I am the private owner of the property and take excellent care of the property and my renters needs. I have an Airbnb rental and you can read the excellent reviews regarding communication and attentiveness. Don't miss out on this perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and Colorado charm! Please fill out the application before requesting a tour. I live an hour away so it can be challenging to drive down to Morrison without knowing anything about each other. The Zillow application is a great place to start the conversation about the both of us finding a good match. I can be a little flexible about move in date. First available date for move-in is July 1, 2025, however there is some flexibility there. This will be (almost) a one-year lease ending May 31, 2026. Gas and Electric are not included. Water, Sewer, and Trash service is included. Small dogs might be considered with a $300 deposit and a $35/month additional rental fee. Preference is for 1st and last month's rent (I have been stung in the past) + $1,500 deposit before move-in. Please fill out the entire application on Zillow and let me know your circumstances (number of people moving in, who they are (friends/relatives), # of dogs, etc) Please fill out the application before requesting a tour.
