Parties and events are not allowed, and there cannot be more than the allowed number of guests on the property at any one time, with violations potentially leading to immediate removal without a refund. Noise should be kept to a minimum past 11 PM, and a late check-out fee of $50 applies for unauthorized check-outs after 11:00 am. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign a standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in.
