While this is an apartment, because of the layout and the way this building is set up, it feels much like a house. We pay, water, sewer garbage, and heat. YOU pay electric. Average bill of $71 Our rents are based on a 12-month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.
