Pets are welcome with a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Midtown with mature trees, this home is only minutes away from major grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and more. However, there is no public transit in the neighborhood, so driving or taking a cab is necessary. Guests will access the house through an electronic lock with a personalized code provided upon check-in. Check-in is flexible as long as you arrive after 3:00 p.m. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
