    What a gorgeous building! All hardwood flooring, TALL ceilings, TONS of HUGE windows, great safety features (I'm a single female with a small dog and I would feel safe here), cute neighborhood just steps off of College Ave and one block from a nice park. They are in the process of remodeling with new appliances and updated bathroom fixtures, but I would honestly live here even without the renovation. I always go for vintage buildings and I haven't seen a place with so much charm in Appleton before-- more like the apartments on Milwaukee's East side (without the price tag). My only concern is that there is only one washer and dryer in the laundry room, which is in the basement. Would also be nice to have a small patio, but considering there is so much natural light I really don't mind. There is a shared patio in the front with chairs that is for everyone to use.

     Management

    The owners were there renovating another apartment when I stopped to see the place. Their daughter was visiting from Minneapolis and she showed me the apartment. They seemed like really nice people. Nice to know the apartment is family owned.
