The bath is at the rear of the unit behind the kitchen, and it is a small space. This is an older home with both the charm and limitations that come with age. It is in a super location not far from Highland Park, the greenway, and all the amenities that come with city living. There is not a laundry facility in the unit or in the building. Landlord pays for water, hot water, sewer, trash and heat. The only tenant expenses are electricity and cable/internet. Minimum requirements include a credit score of 680 or better, an income that is 3 times the rent, a positive rental history, and no felonies.
