Every space is designed to help you relax and feel at home. This recently renovated home spares no expense, featuring sleek finishes, custom design, and thoughtful touches throughout. From the gorgeous kitchen to the spa-like bathrooms, you'll love every detail. Free parking on-site is available. A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund for unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed upon receipt submission. If it's a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal. Checkout instructions are provided but not mandatory.
