Extended Stay Suites for 30 day stays and more Located in a safe & quiet street known as "Sunny Lane". We have fully furnished small suites and large suites, that are themed to 1930's era of HOLLYWOOD LEGENDS Will Rogers Suite; Queen bed, Full bathroom (shower/tub), microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot etc. Closet for personal items, Glassware/Food Storage and dresser. Laundry available on site and free, designated parking with your suite name. There is a communal kitchen and media room space for guests who stay in the smaller suites to cook meals and relax while watching movies/reading or listen to music! FYI if you like sitting outside with you meal, there is a patio area, that has a swing chair that overlooks the courtyard area. On the lot we do have areas for you to explore and chill. Such like the Hot Tub/ Barn and Treehouse area, which are filled with lot's of board games, pool table, fire place and grille for guests to cook meals. We require a $520 security deposit to secure each stay. This is non-refundable before check-in but refunds after check-out (less a $20 processing fee) as long as there are no damages or major cleaning needed in the room. You must stay for 30's days in order to reserve our long term stay suites for the price listed ! If you wish to stay less than 30 days, we will adjust pricing per night rate and add tax onto final charge. In the application process we do require certain screening and background checks via phone call before reserving suite! We will require you to have credit card on file to deduct security deposit and also a signed lease agreement for your stay with us! There is no need for a credit score check but we do require you to have a good source of income.
