During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities. To access Solterra Resort amenities, HOA charges $35 for parties of 1 to 13 people and $48 for parties of 13 or more. Parking can accommodate up to four vehicles in the driveway, with additional parking spots available on the street next to the home. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is just a 25-minute drive from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. The neighborhood offers world-class dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is conveniently located just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores, and 7 minutes from Posner Park, which features an IMAX movie theater and various shops. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Check-out time is 10 AM, and a late check-out fee of up to $300 may apply if you stay beyond the original scheduled time. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay, but initial essentials are provided. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. The home offers self check-in and check-out for your convenience.
