The Space Very airy, clean studio with high ceilings and lots of light. The studio is on the first floor and you'll enjoy Take in the incredible colors of the sky while kicking back with the fire pit in the backyard or enjoying a glass of wine while you cook up some steaks or veggies on your back porch grill. The backyard has shared amenities including a brand new jacuzzi, dining table, and fire pit. Working from home? No problem. You can count on super fast and reliable wi-fi connection, a comfortable office desk/chair to work on, and a quiet neighborhood for productive work sessions. Enjoy watching your favorite show or movie on the large, cozy couch with a pull out bed - designed to make your evening wind-down peaceful and calm. This is a true retreat. We've included Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Prime Video, and Youtube TV so you can stream your favorite channels. Kitchen Modern with white marble countertops, European wood cabinetry, and professional series kitchen appliances. Includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee machine, Cuisinart toaster oven, and airfryer, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Room The studio has a king sized bed, a large wooden dresser, mirrored closet, and an east-facing window so you'll have morning light to wake you gently. It has its own large 72" screen TV with Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Prime Video, and Youtube TV to browse through. There is an additional double bed in the fold out couch in the studio. Bathroom Clean and fully stocked with fluffy towels and everything you'd need. Washer/Dryer State of the art washer and dryer included in the unit. Parking One dedicated parking space in the driveway. Have more than one car? No problem. There is ample street parking, seriously. You'll always find a spot. Outdoor area The shared backyard comes with a jacuzzi, fire pit, and seating area that you can use any at any time of day. Upstairs you have a balcony and a gas barbecue grill for having the coziest evenings in good company. Check-in For check-in, we'll give you a code to the front door and you can arrive anytime after 4pm and check yourself in. You can always feel safe and secure at the Vermont Street House. Other things to note This unit is on the top floor of a two story building. Must use stairs to access. Backyard and front yard are shared with the downstairs unit and side house.
