Rent is $1,650.00 a month with first last and $1,500.00 security also a $250.00 each none-refundable pet deposit. $4,800.00 to get in $5,050.00 with one pet. Tenant is responsible for Electric, propane, cable and phone/Internet. Water, sewer, and garbage are included.
