This is a first floor unit, but there are a few stairs to enter the front door. 632 sq/ft. Tenant pays all utilities (Gas, Electric, Water). Landlord provides dumpster. If you see a similar listing on Craigslist it is fraudulent. All of my applications are done through Zillow. I do not collect money up front. Background and credit applications and associated fees are all paid via Zillow. The security deposit is due at the time of signing the lease. Rent is due at the time of the key exchange.
