Tenants to report any issues requiring repairs within 24 hours for non emergency items and as immediately as possible for any emergency items such as: water/pipe or fixture leaks, clogged plumbing (which tenant cannot resolve with a standard plunger), heating or air conditioning not functioning, gas leaks, water heater issues, or general water leaks/damage and storm damage. Failure of tenants to maintain premises in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition may be grounds for termination of lease and/or eviction.
