     Management

    It looped me into the property management website to schedule a viewing. That website would not allow showing to be scheduled only kept looping and provided reason why the site won’t let a appointment to be scheduled. My guess is that too people were interested. Example: Not able to schedule a showing? See below for reasons you may not see show times available for the apartment you inquired about: 1) Showing schedules have not been updated yet. Showing agents reset their showing schedules at the beginning of each week based on which apartments are still available OR which apartments have applications pending review. 2) The apartment you're inquiring about has an application(s) pending review and will have update show times IF the apartment is still available. 3) All available show times have been filled. We set limits on how many people are able to schedule a showing at the same time to ensure we are showing our apartments in a safe manner. Once new show times have been P.S. HighPoint Real Estate use's an automated online scheduling system call ShowMojo to schedule all my showings online, and promptly take places off the market if they are no longer available. If you can schedule a showing on ShowMojo, then the place is definitely still available!
