Historic, sunny apartment in Takoma DC! One block from the Takoma metro stop, Donut run and Lost Sock coffee. Ten minute walk to downtown Takoma Park! We're looking for someone to take over our lease for this beautiful apartment. The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath with a screened in private back porch, private storage area, and designated parking spot! It's a great deal for a lovely apartment. Spacious bedrooms, high ceilings, modern appliances, working fireplace, and historic charm welcome you to your new home! It has three wall AC units that keep the apartment cool. Move in anytime starting 5/14, pay no rent until 6/1! The apartment is available beginning in mid-May with a lease through the end of August, but the first two weeks are on us. Renters will have the opportunity to renew the lease at that time or could probably just sign a longer lease now. Current rent is $2850/month. The management company told us they would renew the lease at $2950/month at the end of our lease. Renter is responsible for electricity, gas, and cable/internet. If interested, we will put you in touch with the management company, who must approve you to take over our lease/execute a new lease.
