In the backyard, enjoy a patio with seating and a gas grill for cooking and entertaining. The house offers 2 parking spaces in the driveway. You may be ticketed if you park on the street from the hours of 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, with fees applying depending on the requested time. Half days, with an 11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure, may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. The Perfect Retreat is within walking distance to The Oceanfront Boardwalk and Beach, restaurants, the Virginia Beach Conference Center, and the new sports complex. It is just a short drive to First Landing State Park, Fort Story and the Cape Story Lighthouse, the Virginia Marine Science Museum, shopping, a botanical garden, and fishing. Deliveries cannot be guaranteed to the home, so it is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.
