Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the private back porch with seating. This condo is stocked with all the essentials.

The condo is located perfectly in town, just a 15-20 minute walk into the downtown district and only a couple of miles away from the nearest public beach. It's less than a 10-minute drive to the beach and a 10-15 minute drive to the public beach. Walk to local favorites such as Old Coast Ales, Osprey Tacos, and Llama.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for parties, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written here and posted in the house, and any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
