Adjacent to the picturesque Taftsville Covered bridge, the Village of Woodstock is a short bike ride/walk along Old River Rd. Ample parking & plenty of storage for sports gear. This is the home where the shopkeeper and their family would live while tending to the store below. It is a beautiful space above the store that has two fully private levels. The first level includes a spacious dining area with seating for 6 plus room for additional dining at the kitchen bar top, comfortable living room with electric fireplace, television, and workstation, a spacious primary bedroom with a King sized bed, tons of closet space, and television, a 2nd bedroom with a Full sized bed and television, a fully furnished kitchen packed with essentials, and a full bathroom with bidet, and a laundry area stocked with detergent and brand new full sized washer and dryer units. The second level is a kids or adults paradise with tons of space, games, and television. The second level includes a cozy gas stove (only operable in winter), a Queen sized bed and two additional Twin beds plus a spacious full bathroom and giant walk-in closet. All sleeping areas have a smart television loaded with all the apps for your to sign in! Pack your spin shoes as we also have a SoulCycle at home stationary bike! We have fiber internet to the property with full access included via either Wifi or hard connection in the 1st Fl Master Bedroom. The unit is located minutes from Quechee and the Green in Woodstock. Saskadena Six (formerly Suicide 6) is located a 10 minutes drive away and you can reach Killington in 30 minutes (approx. 20 miles). This unit does hear some traffic from Route 4, so if you can only be happy in a supremely quiet environment, this is not the place for you! We will consider all rental requests with qualified tenants, and if you are a local worker, even better, but not required! No smoking, drugs, or pets of any kind allowed under any circumstances. Utilties are included (heat, internet, trash). Minimum six month lease!
