Management
Both of the property managers on duty are very friendly, open, and quick to communicate. They also are great about answering questions, and do regular walks around the community to make sure the property is well cared for. They offer lots of options and are willing to help if there are problems with the application process.

I looked at several options, and all of them are HUGE. Great size for the prices offered! The places toured were clean (minus some mid-process remodeling) and the kitchen counter space is EXCELLENT. That was one of my unspoken criteria for a place: I needed actual counter space. There are multiple laundry rooms open reasonable hours, there's a shopping center with great variety within walking distance, and while the bus line timing is not the most ideal, there is still a stop practically at the entrance of the property, so ACCESS to the bus is also very good!

The lack of obvious accessibility besides the stairs to and from the apartments concerned me. Also, the unmentioned additional utilities bill made the advertised price much lower than the actual price. The online floor plans could stand to be updated to show where the in-unit washer/dryer are. However, the apartment we toured was definitely as roomy as advertised. The place looks clean, safe, and is conveniently located to several bus lines. Also the fact that there is staff in the office seven days a week and the apartments have individual temperature controls is a huge upgrade for me. All in all, this is still a top-two choice for me.
