Spend your Florida vacation in this luxury 4-bedroom, 4-bath pool home in the prestigious Solterra Community. Feel at home in this spacious property. Features here include a private theater room with 82" TV, a summer kitchen with grill and pizza oven, and a game room with shuffleboard, ping pong, and TV. The primary ensuite bath offers a soaking tub (jets are in-operable). Community amenities include a clubhouse with pool, water slide, lazy river, planned activities, gym, and playground. All pools are serviced with the highest quality and care and are cleaned weekly by a professional and licensed pool company. Mid-stay clean is available for $320 plus tax, BBQ Grill rental for $75 per week plus tax, and pool heat for $35 per night plus tax (minimum 4 nights). Pool and spa Heating are unavailable from June to September. Disney Parks are 10-15 miles away. Parties and events are not permitted and violation of this policy may result in cancellation without eligibility for a refund. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property and if any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250. This property does not allow pets and be aware that if an unauthorized pet is discovered in the home, we will request its immediate removal and leave an additional, non-refundable fee of $500. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Late check-outs are not allowed (Door codes deactivate at 10am). Please make sure all guests' belongings are cleared from the home by that time.
