You are less than 20 minutes from downtown Savannah and 40 minutes from Tybee Island Beach, making it easy to explore the area's attractions. Do not use the fireplace inside the home. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The driveway fits 4 cars, and parking on the street is not allowed. No parties or events are permitted, and exceeding the maximum number of guests will incur a $150/night fee. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $400 fee if evidence is found. Leave common areas clean, and do not engage in illegal activities on the property. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval will incur a $100 charge. Identity verification is required for all guests aged 18 and older. There is a security camera and video doorbell at the front of the house for security purposes.
