The property's beautiful backyard garden with a fire pit is also available for guest use and makes a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or great evening conversation. We live nearby and love to sit by the fire with guests from time to time. All utilities and WIFI included in the rent and longer leases available. The apartment is fully furnished with linens, kitchen appliances, and cleaning supplies. There is off street parking in the driveway for a single vehicle.
