The master bedroom on the first floor includes a king bed and a large Smart TV, with an ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks, a standalone shower, and a clawfoot tub. Upstairs, the additional bedrooms include one with a full and queen bed, and another with two queen beds. A second full bathroom provides ample space for guests. A desk is provided on the main floor for work, and onsite laundry is available. The backyard deck includes patio furniture, picnic tables, an above-ground pool, and a grill. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the above-ground pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service days. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code, and guests have full and private access to the home. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. If evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste is found, cleaning costs will be charged.
