Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This is a great residential neighborhood located just outside of the downtown area. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
