We allow one pet per apartment, with a weight limit of 30 lbs. (breed restrictions apply and we do not allow breeds we deem aggressive). There is a $300 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE AND A $20/PER MONTH PET RENT.
Please note that after seeing the apartment, a prospective tenant 18+ years that would like to move forward would need to apply. The application process requires a $100 application fee per applicant - Please note, we will run a credit check and require a 700+ Transunion credit score. We do not accept co-signers. We also complete both employment and income verification, including submission of the two most recent paycheck stubs or sufficient proof of income.
