K) Sufficient rental history (applicant is not allowed to in bad faith to withhold rental history information) L) Applicant should not have negative information provided by a consumer credit reporting agency indicating past-due unpaid obligations more than $1000 Criminal History can not include crimes against vulnerable populations, or include any other crime if the conduct for which the applicant was convicted or charged is of a nature that would adversely affect: (A)Property of the landlord or a tenant; or (B)The health, safety or right to peaceful enjoyment of the premises of residents, the landlord or the landlord's agent. *Please note unit is not ADA accessible, but priority is give to applicants with mobility disabilities. 11 Month lease available Unit is available July 7th, 2025. Rent: $2150/month with an 11 month lease. Move in costs: first & last month's rent, and $500 security deposit (refundable), at least $4800. Please obtain renter's insurance which is usually around $15 a month. NO SMOKING & NO DRUGS UTILITIES: yard service, parking, garbage, sewer, and water are included. Tenant pays electricity and gas. PET POLICY: 1 Pet is OK and included in the monthly rent, and additional pets require pet rent of $15 per pet/ per month. There is no charge for an emotional support animal with proper documentation.
