In the winter months it is a three minute walk to Heavenly's Gondola, roll out of bed, grab a Starbucks coffee &/or breakfast to-go along the way and hop on Gondola, all in ten minutes. Plan ahead for numerous days on the mountain. 2026-2027 Ski/Ride Season comes quite fast. The Mariott Village is directly across Lake Tahoe Blvd. It has live entertainment with numerous restaurants (casual & fine dining), sports shops, rentals, coffee shops novelty shops, an ice cream parlor, clothing stores, pizza parlor, etc. and nearby Target, hardware shop, gyms, Jamba Juice, Sports LTD (from skis and snow boards to kayaks and paddle boards bikes) and more. I highly recommend "Gym Love" which is no more than 50 yards from property & neighboring Applebee's. This small 5-plex has on-site parking, on-site, laundry room, and a small locked outdoor storage room for skis & boards. Mail delivery if tenant signs up. Mailboxes are at end of driveway. This corner studio is bright and sunny, has a view of the mountain and is well kept. It is fully furnished with laminate wood floor, a queen sized bed, bedding, linens, towels, a full couch and kitchen with mounted microwave, coffee pot, oven, stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, plates, silverware, glassware, etc. I am looking for one tenant who is respectful and responsible. All city ordinances must be obeyed as well as my property rules. No smoking, no drugs, no loud parties or large gatherings. Thank you for your interest.
