We have a limit of two people in a 1-bedroom apartment, and small pets (25lbs or less) are also allowed - maximum of two pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a monthly pet fee (per pet) that is additional. FYI, renters insurance is required at move in, you must have a valid US Social Security Number in order to fill out an application, leases are for 12 months, and we won't rent to you if you've been evicted or had eviction paperwork filed against you in the last 5 years.
