    Large 1-bedroom Main level apartment available August 12th. This apartment also has a Dining Room, Office Living Room and Kitchen. 100% None Smoking both inside and out. M2M lease however looking for long-term renters. Last year I carpeted the whole apartment, installed 4 new windows, 2 ceiling fans in the Living Room and Kitchen as well as heavy duty curtain Rods on all windows with Room darkening drapes on the bedroom windows. I just replaced the toilet with a water efficient toilet. Apartment is Great for Professionals looking for a quiet Respite for it is situated on the same property as my Bed and Breakfast, so I am on property to take care of any issues immediately should any arise. Front door lock is keyless entry with back up key. Smoke Detectors are all hardwired and get serviced yearly. $1550 a month/2 months Security. Tenant pays for Heat (propane) and electric (1/2). Water and sewer and garbage is included. Tenants have a parking spot in my lot for their car/s only! directly across the street is a restaurant, 1.5 miles down the road is a grocery store, dollar General, Library, two gas stations and two doors down a convenience store. ALL applicants must go fill out a pre-screen application to see the apartment via turbotenant that is how everyone will be filling out applications not via Zillow. -Absolutely no smokers at all. Not inside and not outside. that is no cigarettes, no cannabis, and no vaping. parking is for tenants only, not guests. -No pets at all, please do not ask...I just had to renovate an entire apt from a cat and I am a cat owner myself so please, it is not about me hating animals. -I only do M2M leases, I am looking for someone to be here longer. -Tenant is responsible for taking trash to curb every Monday Evening and Bringing it back every Tuesday morning. Tenant is responsible for Shoveling the Entry way ( ramp) to the apartment as well as around their vehicle parking spot every time it snows. Tenant is also responsible for their own heat and 1/2 of the electric, and their own WI-FI. If they want, I can Increase Rent I accommodate utilities, but I thought some prefer to budget their own heat, this apartment is pretty well insulated.
